Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 02 December 2013 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 8,800 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 1953.0583 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has 56,996,320 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
