LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE GROUP PLC TENDERS FOR AUDIT SERVICES
In light of the increasing diversification, scale and reach of London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG), and also in line with good corporate governance regarding periodic tenders, LSEG announces its intention to conduct a tender process for the position of external auditor of LSEG. LSEG anticipates appointing the successful audit firm in the summer of 2014.
