The Company was notified on 9 January 2014, that Lord Smith of Kelvin, Chairman, purchased 7,350 Ordinary shares on 9 January 2014 at a price of £13.51 per share.

 

Following this transaction, Lord Smith of Kelvin has a beneficial interest in 29,950 shares.
