Schroders plc -Transactions in Own Shares
Schroders plc announces that on 29 January 2014 it purchased from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 4,400 non-voting ordinary shares ("shares") at an average price of 1930.4341 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following the above purchase, the Company has 56,615,870 non-voting ordinary shares and 226,022,400 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
