Balfour Beatty plc ("the Company") received notice today from Invesco (UK) Limited, on behalf of Invesco Limited ("Invesco"), that Invesco now hold voting rights over 34,605,294 50p Ordinary Shares in the Company, all of which are held indirectly.  This represents 5.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
