Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') has been informed, pursuant to DTR 5.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules that, following the disposal of shares on 24^th April 2014 and a subsequent acquisition of shares on 25^th April 2014, BlackRock, Inc. had a total interest in the Company of 15,584,744 shares representing 11.00% of total voting rights.
