9 May 2014- On 7 May 2014, Experian, the global information services company, announced the appointment of Kerry Williams as Chief Operating Officer and as an Executive Director of Experian plc, with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 16 July 2014.
The Company confirms that there are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R, paragraphs (1) to (6).
