London Stock Exchange Group plc - Final Dividend

London Stock Exchange Group plc confirms that it proposes to pay a final dividend, for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, of 20.7 pence per share. The final dividend will be paid on 19 August 2014 to shareholders on the register on 25 July 2014.
