Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 17 June 2014 Mr Christopher Malley, Group Chief Executive purchased 23,773 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary") at a price of 114.29p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Malley has increased his holding in the Company to 43,385 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.066% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company also announces that on 17 June 2014 Mr Robert Brooksbank, Group Finance Director purchased, on behalf of his three children, 40,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 111.35p per share.  As a result of this transaction Mr Brooksbank has increased his family's holding in the Company to 236,555 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.358% of the Company's issued share capital.
