NEW DIRECTORSHIP HELD BY A DIRECTOR
IN ANOTHER PUBLICLY QUOTED COMPANY
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), we confirm that Andy Harrison, Chief Executive of Whitbread PLC, will be appointed as a non-executive director of Dunelm Group plc with effect from 1 September 2014.
