RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 16^th July 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 41,191 Ordinary Shares at a price of €11.18 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £11.19 and £11.36 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 4,067,823 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 739,245,413.
