Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 20^th August 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 27,729 Ordinary Shares at prices between €11.18 and €16.58 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £11.19 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,982,874 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 739,330,362.
