Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 17^th September 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 9,088 Ordinary Shares at prices of €12.82 and €16.58 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £11.19 and £11.36 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,950,097 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 739,363,139.
