Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 1^st October 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 5,381 Ordinary Shares at prices of €11.18 and €12.82 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £11.19 and £11.36 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,944,716 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 739,368,520.
