RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 22^nd October 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 8,177 Ordinary Shares at prices of €11.18 and €12.82 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £11.19 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,932,301 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 739,380,935
