STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND
As announced on 1 August 2014, an interim dividend for 2014 of 11.0 US cents per Ordinary Share will be paid on 11 November 2014 to shareholders whose name appeared on the Register at the close of business on 24 October 2014. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 6.82 pence per share.
