RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 5^th November 2014 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 6,185 Ordinary Shares at prices of €11.18 and €12.82 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £11.19 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,919,761 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,606,175.
