RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that today, 31^st December 2014, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,332 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.58 per Ordinary Share and at a price of Stg£12.9574 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,775,455 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,750,481.
