RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 30^th December 2014 it transferred to a participant in its employee share scheme 8,872 Ordinary Shares at a price of €18.7463 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 3,779,787 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,746,149.
