The Company announces that it was notified on 13^th January 2015 that, following a recent purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), DW Pension Fund Ltd holds 288,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
