Holding(s) in Company

On 23 January 2015, Balfour Beatty plc ("the Company") received notice from BNY Mellon Investment Management Services, on behalf of Newton Investment Management Ltd ("Newton"), that Newton now hold voting rights over 31,347,697 50p Ordinary Shares in the Company, all of which are held directly.  This represents 4.55% of the Company's total voting rights.
