Update Re: Earn-in Option Agreement

 

Xtract Resources Plc (AIM : XTR) announces an update and refers shareholders to the announcement of 20 January 2015 in which the Company announced that it is in the process of re-negotiating the  earn-in option agreement. The Company is still  in discussions to re-negotiate  the terms of the current agreement  and  all payments which are due have been suspended by the agreement of both parties until a final agreement is reached. Shareholders will be advised of any further developments in negotiations and progress at the mine promptly.
