RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 4^th February 2015, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 1,748 Ordinary Shares at a price of €12.82 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,753,915 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,772,021.
