RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 18^th February 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,455 Ordinary Shares at prices of €12.82 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,735,479 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 814,830,372.
