RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 26^th February 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 166,304 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £11.19 and £12.9574 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,569,175 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 814,996,676.
