RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 18^th March 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 118,128 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share and at a price of £12.9574 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 2,847,329 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 815,718,522.
