Application has been made by Legal & General Group Plc to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 50,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each to be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing Legal & General Group Plc ordinary shares.
These ordinary shares are to be issued for the future exercise of options under the Legal & General Group Plc Savings Related Share Option Schemes. Admission is expected to become effective on 1 April 2015.
