RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that today it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,257 Ordinary Shares at prices between £11.19 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 2,620,086 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 815,945,765.
