Cairo, April 20th , 2015 - Based on the Board delegation to the management which was previously communicated on April 2nd 2015, the management decided to submit a binding offer to acquire CITI Bank's offered retail portfolio.
There can be no assurance that submitting the offer will result in any specific transaction, and it is possible that no transaction will occur.
Accordingly, the Bank will inform the market of any new material event that result from this process.
