Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 22^nd April 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 29,312 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.19 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 2,353,222 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 816,212,629.
