Costain Group PLC, the engineering solutions provider, is today holding its Annual General Meeting.  Andrew Wyllie CBE, Chief Executive, will review the past year in a short presentation and will re-affirm that, as stated in the results announcement issued on 3 March 2015, the Board is looking "forward to reporting on further progress in 2015".  The presentation will not include any new material information.

In view of the recently amended guidelines, Costain will no longer issue Interim Management Statements but will continue to issue trading updates at the half-year and full-year period ends.
