Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 13^th May 2015 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 13,130 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.19 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 2,322,363 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 821,300,121.
