RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 20^th May 2015 it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 2,155 Ordinary Shares at prices between £11.55 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 2,320,208 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 821,302,276.
