Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 3^rd June 2015 it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 205,621 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,995,598 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 821,626,886.
