Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 17^th June 2015 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 142,335 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.58 and €21.5235 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.55 and £17.1864 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,777,594 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 821,844,890.
