RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 1^st July 2015 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 11,231 Ordinary Shares at prices between £11.55 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,569,525 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,052,959.
