Mountview Estates P.L.C. ("Mountview"), the property trading company confirms that it was notified on 8 July 2015 that Anthony Solway, Non-Executive Chairman of Mountview, purchased 200 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £121.50 per Ordinary Share on 3 July 2015. Following this transaction, Mr Solway is interested in a total of 500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.00013 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
