The Company announces that copies of a statement from Ernst & Young LLP, which was sent to Whitbread PLC in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, together with copies of covering letters to shareholders have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
