Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 29^th July 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 9,468 Ordinary Shares at a price of €14.79 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £11.19 and £14.94 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,552,631 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,069,853.
