The Company announces that it was notified by Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company, that yesterday he and his wife each sold 2,200 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 520p per Share.
As a result, Martin Thompson's beneficial interest in the Company is 33,432 Shares, which represents 0.36% of the issued share capital of the Company.
