RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 5^th August 2015, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 2,218 Ordinary Shares at a price of €21.5235 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,550,413 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,072,071.
