Director's Dealings

Flowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM:FLO), announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares of 100 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Bryce Brooks, Chief Financial Officer. The dealings took place and were notified to the Company on 15 September 2015.

Bryce Brooks' wife has sold 47,200 Ordinary Shares held in her name at a price of 147p per Ordinary Share. Bryce has then purchased the same number of Ordinary Shares, being 47,200 Ordinary Shares, into his SIPP at the same price, being 147p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Bryce interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 81,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.19 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
