Indus Gas Limited (AIM:INDI.L), an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India, announces that printed copies of its Report and Accounts have been dispatched to Shareholders. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will be available from the Company's website at www.indusgas.com.

The Company also announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 10am on the 27^th October 2015 at Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2JF. A copy of the AGM Notice and Resolutions will be available on the Company's website at www.indusgas.com
