Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 7^th October 2015, it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 1,500 Ordinary Shares at price of €16.58 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 1,309,195 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,313,289.
