RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 28^th October 2015, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 8,500 Ordinary Shares at price of €16.58 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,299,586 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,322,898.
