Resignation of a Director of Glanbia plc
6 November 2015 - Glanbia plc, the global nutrition group (the 'Company'), has been informed that Mr Bill Carroll has today resigned as a member of the board of Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited. As a consequence, the Company confirms that he has automatically ceased to be a director of Glanbia plc.
Commenting on his resignation, the Chairman said that he wished to thank Mr Bill Carroll for his contribution to the Company and wished him well.
