Transaction in Own Shares

RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 6^th November 2015 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 9,861 Ordinary Shares at prices of €13.64 and €14.79 per Ordinary Share and at prices of Stg£11.55 and Stg£13.13 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,256,907 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,365,577.
