RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that on 11^th November 2015 it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 4,473 Ordinary Shares at prices of €17.30 per Ordinary Share and Stg£13.13 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,252,434 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,658,819.
