RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

 

 

 

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 25^th November 2015, it transferred to participants in its employee share scheme 57,296 Ordinary Shares at prices between €17.30 and €26.1493 per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 1,122,685 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 822,788,568.
