The Company announces that it has been notified by the Administrators of The Savills Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan") that on 25 November 2015, Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each were released from the Plan and sold by the following person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):-
